The FLAKES - RUB ON POWDER is perfect for creating unique and stunning designs. Its ultra-fine, reflective texture adds a touch of sparkle and dimension to any nail art technique. You can apply it over the inhibition layer of any Gel Color or encapsulate it for a more sophisticated finish.

Note: It can be mixed with builder gels like Solid Gel or Solid Builder Gel to create 3D Nail Art. This version retains your original description while simply updating the product name.

How to apply1. Apply the powder over cured Gel Color using the silicone tool.
2. Spread evenly across the surface.
3. Finish with Top Coat for a shiny, long-lasting result.
4. To remove, use a 100/180 file
